Privacy policy
Last updated: June 2026
Armoires & Comptoirs MTL ("we") values the protection of your personal information and complies with Quebec's Law 25 and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
Information we collect
When you complete our quote form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number and project details. As you browse, basic technical data (pages viewed, device type) is measured anonymously; with your consent, more precise measurement is enabled (see the cookies section).
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your quote requests, communicate with you about your project, improve our website, measure its audience and assess the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your information. We rely on providers that process it solely on our behalf: Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting), Cloudinary (image storage), Google (Analytics and advertising) and Microsoft Clarity (experience measurement). Some of these providers may store data outside Quebec or Canada.
Cookies and analytics
Basic, anonymized, cookieless measurement takes place regardless of your choice. By accepting the consent banner, you enable more precise tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity heatmaps). You can change your choice at any time.
Retention
We keep information related to a quote request only as long as needed to act on it and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights (Law 25)
You have the right to access your information, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
